Fila
Twig
is a 3-inch OOAK, (one-of-a-kind) polymer clay faerie that
has been
mounted on an interesting stone found on the beach in Cornwall.
She is actually a figure in relief, which means only half
the doll
is freely sculpted onto the stone. She is a rich
bronze-skinned faerie.
Her hair is made from recycled brown fur. She wears a crown
made of
thyme twigs. Her wings are discarded pheasant feathers.
A sprig of a dried plant sets off the scene.
Fila is modestly handpainted.
There is a wall mount on the back and the piece is signed
and dated.
The stone is approx. 4 1/2 inches (12cm) high.
